Trenton Doyle Handcock
Two words I would use to describe this art would be: time capsule and collage.
This piece uses elements of line, color, and texture. Elements of color and texture are found throughout Trenton's piece, seen in aspects of different collage pieces throughout his life. The element of line is brought in with the heavy black ladder in the center and in other elements, such as the pencil and the character's legs.

This piece, also created by Trenton Doyle Hancock, is named Good Grief, Bad Grief.
Elements used within this piece would be emphasis and color. The emphasis comes through with the use of color. I believe that the viewer's eyes fall first on the sorrowful character, while the colors help to emphasize the emotions the artist wished to communicate.
